CDM Regulations 2015 – Understanding the New Regulations & How It Affects You
We are now getting calls from clients on at least a weekly basis asking about what they need to do to comply with the CDM Regulations 2015 which came into force on 6th April 2015.
The reality of the situation is becoming more evident that Government & HSE have truly made things very awkward and unjustifiably more problematic and less understandable. The CDM Regulations 2015 have taken some drastic changes which effect all of us and personally, we feel, not for the better.
